irssi-plugin-otr-dbg software package provides Off-the-Record Messaging Plugin for Irssi - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install irssi-plugin-otr-dbg
irssi-plugin-otr-dbg is installed in your system.
